About
AISBA is the AI Symposium for Business Aviation, created by Tuvoli, NATA and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's David B. O'Maley College of Business. The inaugural symposium brought more than 150 business aviation leaders to Embry-Riddle’s Daytona Beach campus on September 14–16, 2026: charter operators, brokers, FBOs, maintenance organizations, corporate flight departments, manufacturers, fuel companies and technology providers, alongside faculty and students. Proceeds support scholarships through the National Air Transportation Foundation.
This community exists because of what happened between the sessions. Everyone was experimenting, few wanted to say in public what had failed, and there was nowhere to compare notes year-round with people who understood both the technology and the business. aisba.ai is that place: a members-only forum for the people who were in the room in Daytona, and for their peers across the industry who should have been.
Membership is free and reviewed by a person. The community is funded by sponsors who receive tasteful recognition and nothing else: no member data, no influence over what gets discussed. See sponsorship for how that works.

Code of conduct
Every member agrees to these when they apply. They are short on purpose.
Members use their own name and their employer. Anonymous accounts, pseudonyms and shared team logins are not permitted. Members can see who they are talking to, and so can you.
Do not screenshot, forward or quote another member's contribution outside the community without their explicit permission. This is what lets people be candid about vendors, pricing and mistakes.
Never post passenger names, tail numbers tied to an owner, contract terms you are bound to keep confidential, or anything covered by an NDA. Anonymize examples.
Disclose your affiliation on your profile and when it is relevant to an answer. Answer questions in your area of expertise generously. Do not pitch, DM-prospect members, or post promotional content outside clearly labeled sponsor placements.
Disagree with ideas as directly as you like; treat people with respect. No harassment, discrimination or personal attacks. Assume the other person is trying to run a good operation, because they are.
AI in business aviation is a wide subject, and the Lounge is there for everything adjacent. Job postings are welcome in the Lounge; recruiting spam is not.
Moderators may edit or remove content and suspend or remove members who ignore these rules, at their discretion. Serious or repeated violations mean removal. If you see something, email the moderators.
Privacy
We store what you give us when you apply and what you post: your name, company, role, email, profile details, and your contributions. Your email is used to sign you in and to send notifications you can turn off in settings. Other members see your name, company, role and profile; they do not see your email.
We do not sell or share member data with sponsors or anyone else, we do not run advertising, and we do not use member content to train AI models. Hosting and email are provided by Supabase, Vercel and Resend under their standard terms. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time at roman@gibralink.ai.
Terms
You keep the rights to what you post and grant AISBA a license to display it to members. You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your employer’s confidences. The community is provided as is, by volunteers; nothing here is professional, legal or regulatory advice, and decisions about your operation remain yours. Membership can be revoked for violations of the code of conduct.
